The seller’s return and refund policy is detailed as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us via email. We will take care of your after-sales service.

Please provide us with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return request is approved, we will further notify you of the next steps to take.
1. To request return information, please contact us at support@easydtc.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.
2. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective due to the seller, in which case the item will be replaced based on availability or refunded at the buyer’s discretion.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, intactly packaged, in the same condition as when you received it, and unaffected for resale. It must also be in its original packaging.
4. The redeemed gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. All costs incurred due to returns shall be borne by the buyer.
6. After sending the package, the buyer must provide the air waybill number and clear photos of the returned package. Before sending your return, please take a photo of the item for your records.
7. If the buyer still does not receive the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can contact the seller to solve the problem.

1. The product is not in its original condition and is damaged or missing due to reasons not caused by the seller.
2. Goods are returned more than 14 days after receipt.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
